I'll spare you all the "make the world a better place" stuff and go straight to a UX walkthrough.

If you want a TED Talk full of marketing fluff, you can head over to the Investor's page.

For the sake of context though, let me quickly introduce myself and the challenge that inspired this app.

I'm a real estate developer that's building a new village in Chile. It's an intentional community for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and digital nomads. You know, flexible self-reliant types that bring their livelihoods with them.  It has very much been a "learn as you go" sort of process but the most difficult part has been connecting with qualified buyers that fit in with our culture. After talking with many other community builders, I've found that this is a very common problem in need of a solution. That's where we come in. Naviar is essentially a social search engine. A cultural compatibility app. Pretty much a real world alternative to the Sorting Hat from Harry Potter. Users tag themselves with keywords and the app matches them up with everyone else that shares them.

1. Open the App and enjoy the logo splash. It's a blue fairy that will fly up and settle into the top right-hand corner of the screen. If anyone from Nintendo asks, no, it doesn't have anything to do with Zelda.

The first of us met at a business boot camp where we got a three-month sample of what life could be like when surrounded by a bunch of other ambitious nonconformists. Everyone spent their time developing concepts, working on projects, sharing ideas, and spontaneously helping one another along the way. As soon as it ended, we started talking about building a more permanent version. A few months later, we pulled the trigger. We set out to design and build a residential community with shared amenities like a co-work and maker space to facilitate professional networking and business development.

We offer private rooms in our flagship residential building as well as parcels of land for those ready to design and build a house of their own. The rooms are simple, turn-key solutions in a socially vibrant atmosphere while the land offers more space, solitude, and freedom to build.

Six years ago, it was just a crazy dream floating around in our heads but today, construction is underway and you can visit for yourself. We have a wide range of properties available for sale now so if the concept appeals to you, we encourage you to explore your options and get in touch by sending a message through the form at the bottom of the page.
